Job Description

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site)Duration: 3-6 monthsAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to join our Human Resources team in Mumbai. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the exciting and fast-paced world of recruitment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, helping us identify, attract, and onboard top talent across various functions. This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn about the entire recruitment lifecycle and contribute to building a strong workforce.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing & Screening Support:Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn, , Internshala), and internal career pages.Support recruiters in actively sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including professional databases, social media, and academic institutions.Conduct initial resume screening and candidate assessments against defined job requirements.Recruitment Coordination & Administration:Efficiently schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and sending timely invites.Prepare and send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to candidates, ensuring a smooth process.Candidate Experience & Communication:Contribute to ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a friendly point of contact.HR & TA Projects (as needed):Assist with data entry and reporting related to recruitment metrics and analytics.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field. (Students from Mumbai-based colleges/universities are encouraged to apply.)A strong, genuine interest in Human Resources, specifically Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is a plus, but not mandatory).Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong team player.
