The Global Head of Facilities & CREST (Corporate Real Estate, Security & Transportation) is responsible for management and operation of all aspects of the facilities function, including but not limited to: building maintenance/operations; housekeeping; events; set-up/support for client visits; security and access control; employee transportation; Travel Desk; Front Office; work space optimization; Hotel / Guest House booking, business continuity, and immigration back end support etc. across all of offices / locations.The person is responsible for developing and managing the Facilities budget across all global offices and ensure all services are provided in a cost-effective manner.The person will work closely with the Group CFO to develop long-range plans for the maintenance and improvement of facilities globally, develop and implement global facility related policies/procedures, facilities management tools for automation of facilities processes and related vendor management.The person will reportto the Group CFO and is a member of the global operations Leadership Team; and shall be responsible for hiring, training and supervising team of facility managers and support staff across regions and ensure team’s performance meets Company Global standards.Duties & Responsibilities -Develop and implement long-termfacility plans that align with the Company global business goals and within budget for all facility related expenses.Develop and implement policies/procedures/ automation tools, build vs buy analysis for the efficient operation of all Company facilities globally.Investigate availability and suitability of options for new premises.Ensure the buildings meet HSE requirements to keep staff safe; Ensurecompliance with all local, state, and labor laws / regulations related to commercial real estate. Oversee the security of the facilities and develop emergency response plans & business continuity globally.Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers. Ensure project management | supervising and coordination of work of vendors and contractors.Oversee the maintenance and repair, cost reduction strategies of all facilities, equipment, energy usage and systems globally.Serve as the point of contactfor all facility-related issues globally.Handle Employeeinquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous mannerSupervise the facility staff and providetraining and development opportunitiesRequired Skills and Qualifications -Any bachelor’s degree / engineering / MBA, or relatedfield20+ years’ experience in facilities management and / or similar rolesExpertise in all aspectsof commercial real estate, includingproject designProven track record of successful budgetdevelopment and oversight.Strong ProjectManagement and Technical Planning of Real estate and IT infrastructureDemonstrated abilityto lead and motivate a teamExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customerservice skillsStrong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
