This isn't about paper-pushing; it is about complete ownership of problem spaces.You will practice real-world product management by working on cutting-edge Digital Banking solutions while using avant-garde AI tools to accelerate your workflows. This role is ideal for those planning a serious career in product management. We only hire interns in whom we see the potential of being a full-time product manager in the team.What You Will DoYou will function as a junior PM, managing the lifecycle of digital banking features while leveraging AI as your ultimate co-pilot.Market Detective Work: Carry out market research to establish competitive landscapes using automated workflows and custom AI agents.Feature Definition: Draft user stories and epics focusing on digital banking journeys (e.g., user authentication, money movement).Rapid Prototyping: Achieve customer discovery using rapid prototyping techniques powered by Generative AI and vibe coding tools.Be the Internal Customer: Peruse the final product by performing Internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature sign-off before it reaches the client.Strategic Support: Assist in creating sales battle cards, competitive analysis, and product collateral to help our teams win in the market.Build Your Tools: Utilize LLM-based tools to build and benchmark agentic workflows that help streamline brainstorming and decision-making.What You Bring to the TableEducation: Engineering background preferred, with a strong interest in Business/Fintech.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI-based code editors (e.g., Windsurf, Cursor, Replit, Vercel) is highly valued.System Design: Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of system design will be strongly preferred.AI Native: Proficiency in using LLM-based AI tools is non-negotiable; you should be comfortable using them as a thought partner, reviewer, and first draft creator.User Empathy: A penchant to deeply understand why different segments/cohorts of users behave the way they do will hold you in good stead.Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms.Mindset: A strong bias towards action so that no babysitting is required.Why Join?Impact: Work on a fintech platform that moves billions of dollars monthly for over a million users.Mentorship: Collaborate directly with the Senior Director of Product Management and engineering teams to develop world-class products.Innovation: Gain hands-on experience building and using the latest AI models to solve real business problems.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in software engineering or associated fields; Business master’s degree/elective/specialization preferred.
