Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Support and Sales professional. The position involves managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will support technical queries, assist in product sales, and maintain positive customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include gathering customer feedback, providing insights to improve services, and contributing to sales growth initiatives.
