Recur Club is designed to streamline and optimize the financing experience for growing businesses.Role Description This is a full-time on-site Product Manager role based in Gurugram. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including brainstorming, conceptualization, and planning of product features. Tasks will include conducting market and customer research to identify opportunities, defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment, and continuously monitoring product performance to implement improvements. The role involves ensuring that the product aligns with business objectives and delivers value to users.Qualifications Experience in Product Management, including defining and managing product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and backlog management Strong analytical skills for market analysis, customer research, and data-driven decision-making Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with financial and debt markets or fintech is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
