Job OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience optimizing campaigns across digital channels.Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization. - Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI. - Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels. - Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights. - Own funnel metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. - Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve growth outcomes. - Implement SEO, email, and lifecycle marketing initiatives where applicable. - Track and report weekly and monthly growth performance. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing analytics. - Strong understanding of funnels, attribution models, and growth metrics. - Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and tag management. - Strong analytical, experimentation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in fast paced, growth oriented environments.Tools & Technologies (Preferred)- Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads - Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel, Amplitude - Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Webflow - CRO & Testing: Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar - CRM: Salesforce, HubSpotCertifications (Nice to Have)- Google Ads Certification - Meta Blueprint Certification - HubSpot Growth Marketing CertificationWhat We Offer- Competitive compensation and performance based incentives - Ownership of high impact growth initiatives - Opportunity to work in fast-scaling, data driven teams - Career growth in growth and performance marketing
