This is a high-visibility role for a design leader who thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling, emerging technologies, and AI-enhanced media design.You will shape the creative direction for global clients, mentor a talented design team, and guide early-stage solutioning to bring bold concepts to life across eLearning, multimedia, and immersive formats.What You’ll DoCreative Leadership & Direction- Set the visual direction for digital learning solutions across modalities including WBT, ILT, microlearning, simulations, and immersive experiences. - Create high-quality visual assets including UI/UX elements, motion graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive media. - Coach, mentor, and elevate designers through structured reviews, creative exploration, and feedback.Client Engagement & Visual Strategy- Serve as the creative lead in client conversations, translating business and learning goals into compelling visual strategy. - Present, defend, and refine creative concepts with confidence and clarity. - Lead client-facing design workshops and contribute to early solutioning and scoping for new engagements.AI-Enhanced Design & Media Innovation- Use AI and automation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, etc.) for prototyping, concepting, and accelerating production. - Explore immersive media such as 360-degree visuals, AR/VR, and avatar-led experiences. - Champion forward-thinking trends and push our creative practice toward continuous innovation.Collaboration & Execution- Partner closely with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Developers to ensure visual design aligns with learning objectives. - Translate scripts, storyboards, and conceptual ideas into engaging visual experiences. - Uphold standards for accessibility, brand alignment, and responsive design.Job requirementsWhat You BringEducation & Experience- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 8 to 12 years of digital design experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or director-level creative role. - Prior experience in digital learning, multimedia content, or technology-driven creative environments strongly preferred.Tools & Platforms- Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Experience with eLearning and media tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Figma, and Canva Pro. - Strong working knowledge of AI-based design tools including Firefly, Midjourney, and Runway ML. - Familiarity with immersive media platforms like Adobe Aero, Marzipano, and Pano2VR.Technical Strengths- Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS-related design considerations. - Experience applying WCAG accessibility principles and responsive design best practices. - Competence in mobile-first and inclusive design.Preferred Attributes- Exceptional visual storytelling, concept development, and creative problem-solving skills. - Confidence presenting to global clients and guiding strategic discussions. - High attention to detail, consistency, and design excellence. - Strong curiosity, adaptability, and passion for emerging technologies and future-forward design.Why Join UsYou will shape the visual identity of transformative learning solutions for some of the world’s leading brands, mentor a growing design team, and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving AI-enabled creative landscape.
