Job Title

Role: Azure Cloud Operations L3Job Requirements:- Highly skilled Cloud Engineer with 6+ years of experience on implementing cloud-based solutions - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, including virtualization, Networking, load balancer, etc. - Extensive experience on Azure Governance & Cost Management, Azure Network & Security, Azure Active Directory, Compute & Storage, Backup, DR, Monitoring and IAC - Cross skilled expertise on OS (Windows/Linux Administration), Backup & Database (This is must) - Participate in internal and customer meetings - Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and other operations related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business - Develop and maintain Automation scripts using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, ARM templates and other automation frameworks to streamline provisioning, configuration and other infra related task. - Troubleshoot and identify performance, connectivity and other issues for the applications hosted in Azure platform - Having extensive understand on ITSM process for Changes, incident & problem Management - Work on critical, highly complex issues to troubleshoot and provide RCA reports - Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experienceSKILLS & COMPETENCIES- Cloud computing – Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, Database, IAM, DevOps, AKS, Backups & Monitoring - Cloud Infrastructure Management—IAC, PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates - Network Security—NSG, Firewall, Key vault - Cross-functional-- Windows, Linux, Database and Backups - System reliability, performance optimization, cost savings, Value adds - Soft Skills—Problem solving, communication, Collaboration, Documentation & reporting
