Job Title: AccountantExperience Required: 3 to 5 YearsSoftware Knowledge: Tally (Mandatory), Rednote (Optional)Job Description / Scope of Work:We are looking for a skilled Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Tally software to handle end-to-end accounting operations. Knowledge of Rednote accounting software will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit/credit notes in Tally - Handle Accounts Payable (AP) – vendor bills, payment processing, and reconciliation - Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) – customer invoicing, collections, and outstanding follow-up - Perform regular payment follow-ups with customers and vendors - Maintain ledger accounts, journal entries, cash book, and bank book - Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) - Handle payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions, and salary disbursement - Maintain employee payroll records and related documentation - Support month-end and year-end closing activities - Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries as required by management - Ensure proper documentation, filing, and accuracy of accounting recordsRequired Skills & Knowledge:- 3–5 years of accounting experience - Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory) - Knowledge of Rednote software is optional / added advantage - Good understanding of accounting principles - Proficiency in MS Excel - Good communication and payment follow-up skills - High level of accuracy and attention to detailContact : hr@
