The firm advises and represents clients in complex IP disputes, including trademark, copyright, design, and patent and other commercial matters before various Courts.Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Litigation Associate will be involved in end-to-end handling of intellectual property disputes and other commercial litigation, including:- Drafting pleadings, applications, rejoinders, affidavits, and legal notices - Appearing before District Courts, Commercial Courts, High Court of Karnataka, and other forums - Preparing case briefs, strategy notes, and briefing senior counsel - Handling filings, procedural compliances, and coordination with court registries - Interacting with clients and providing updates on litigation progressEligibility & Requirements- LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university - 1 - 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in IP Litigation - Strong drafting and research skills, particularly in IP laws - Familiarity with Court procedures - Bengaluru-based candidates onlyThis position is open only to candidates with prior litigation experience before Bengaluru Courts.
