Acting as the primary brand point of contact, you will liaise between internal teams and the client, ensuring all campaign deliverables are aligned with expectations, timelines, and budgets. Your focus will be on strategic planning, execution oversight, and maintaining a strong client relationship throughout the campaign lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning & Strategy* Develop end-to-end campaign plans aligned with complex client objectives, multi-layered brand guidelines, and defined communication frameworks.* Translate high-level briefs into structured execution roadmaps, SOPs, timelines, and approval workflows.* Collaborate with strategy, creative, influencer relations, legal/compliance (if applicable), and production teams to design campaigns that can be executed at scale with consistency.## Brand POC & Internal Coordination* Serve as the primary point of contact for key brands, ensuring structured communication, documentation, and alignment across all stakeholders.* Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution across multiple teams, vendors, and creators.* Proactively identify execution gaps, dependency risks, and approval bottlenecks, and resolve them through defined processes.## Client Management* Build long-term, trust-led client relationships through disciplined communication, structured updates, and outcome-focused discussions.* Lead weekly, milestone-based, or phase-wise review calls to share progress, address feedback, and realign execution where required.* Manage client expectations through data-backed rationale, clear timelines, and documented deliverables.## Influencer Collaboration* Support influencer discovery, vetting, and onboarding in collaboration with the influencer relations team, with a strong focus on suitability, credibility, and compliance with brand guidelines.* Coordinate multi-level content approvals, ensuring influencer output aligns with messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and campaign objectives before publishing.## Execution & Oversight* Own campaign timelines end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple platforms, regions, and creator cohorts.* Ensure all campaign assets go through defined quality checks, approval stages, and documentation before going live.* Maintain execution trackers, status dashboards, and escalation protocols for large-scale campaigns.## Budget Management* Partner with strategy and finance teams to manage campaign budgets, track spends against plans, and ensure efficient resource utilization.* Monitor cost leakage, influencer payouts, and vendor expenses, and contribute to post-campaign reconciliation and reporting.## Performance Tracking & Reporting* Work closely with analytics teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting structures at the campaign planning stage.* Deliver structured post-campaign reports covering performance metrics, learnings, risks, and actionable recommendations for future initiatives.## Process, Documentation & SOPs* Establish, follow, and continuously improve SOPs for campaign execution, approvals, reporting, and stakeholder communication.* Ensure all campaigns are execution-ready through detailed documentation, trackers, and handover notes.## Industry Awareness* Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, tools, and regulatory or platform-level changes that impact large-scale campaigns.* Recommend new formats, creator types, or distribution strategies that balance innovation with execution reliability.## Experience & Skill Set* 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or large-scale campaign/project management.* Proven experience managing complex clients and coordinating across multiple internal and external teams.* Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, branded content workflows, and approval-led executions.* Demonstrated ability to operate in structured, high-accountability environments with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
