POSITION VACANT: Operation ManagementJOB DESCRIPTION:- The incumbent will be responsible for the delivery and roll out of the project across different client locations in the region. - The role would be to take strategic decisions and Resource management, which would include hiring, training, deployment of the manpower. - He will be responsible for mass production such as scanning, upload and rollout etc. - He would be responsible for customer interaction, resolution of queries and collection of payments. - The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer relationship and meeting services and performance level SLA’s. - The role could include frequent traveling across the region to customer location and willing to stay for short span of time . - Actively contributes to strategy setting at corporate level and ability to advice others and manage divergent interests and perspectives. - He would also be responsible for conducting appraisals, feedback and handling work allocations for direct reports and approving the same for indirect reports. - He will be responsible for vendor management, which will include negotiation, purchase, hire/lease, payments and issue management. - The person will also be required to liaise with local govt. bodies.The person must know Malayalam.DESIRED PROFILE:The candidate should be technical or management graduate with exposure in IT and basic knowledge of computers. The incumbent should have minimum Industry experience of 10 years and ability to handle large teams with team motivation skills. Also have excellent people management skills order to attract, motivate and retain talent. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relation skills.
