We specialise in performance marketing, SEO, brand growth, and tech-enabled marketing solutions. We are looking for an SEO Specialist who understands both strategy and execution, and can drive measurable organic growth for our clients.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven SEO Specialist to plan, implement, and optimize search engine strategies across multiple hospitality and service-based brands. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, rankings, and qualified traffic while aligning SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies - Conduct keyword research for local, national, and international markets - Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, internal linking, and site structure - Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals) - Manage local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization, citations, reviews) - Plan and guide content SEO in coordination with content and social media teams - Build and manage ethical backlink strategies - Track, analyse, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. - Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly - Work closely with developers for SEO-friendly website implementations - Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendationsRequired Skills & Qualifications- 1–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) - Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and search algorithms - Experience with hospitality, real estate, local businesses, or service industries (preferred) - Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA) - Knowledge of HTML, website CMS (WordPress/Next.js basics is a plus) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously - Clear communication and reporting skillsWhat We’re Looking For- Someone who thinks beyond rankings and focuses on business impact - Data-driven mindset with attention to detail - Proactive, self-managed, and eager to learn - Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environmentWhy Join Fielmente- Work with premium hospitality and lifestyle brands - Exposure to India + international SEO projects - Direct impact on client growth and visibility - Growth-oriented culture with learning opportunities - Collaborative team and structured processesLocation: Gurugram (On-site)-Employment Type: Full-time
