Job Title: Assistant Social Media ManagerLocation: Marol, Andheri EastExperience: 3+ yearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to lead social media planning and execution for multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for building brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting business goals through compelling content and analytics-led optimization.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives - Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) - Plan content calendars, including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos - Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to create high-quality content - Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content relevant - Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, reviews, and mentions - Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports - Optimize content based on insights, engagement metrics, and campaign performance - Support paid social campaigns with content ideas and creative inputsRequired Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies - Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms - Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills - Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) - Basic understanding of paid social advertising and performance metrics - Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment - Strong organisational and time-management skillsPreferred Qualifications- Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency - Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)What We Offer- Opportunity to work with diverse brands and industries - Creative freedom and ownership of accounts - Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture
