We pride ourselves on honesty, regular progress updates, and providing 1-1 senior expert support.Job Description:We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager / Client Service Manager who can own and coordinate everything related to a brand’s digital presence and communication.This role is not limited to ads.You will be responsible for coordinating:- Paid ads - Organic social media - Content - Website & landing pages - Leads & CRM - Sales calls & follow-ups - Reporting & communicationThis is a hybrid role based out of HQ27, Gurgaon. You will be expected to work from the office on designated days and coordinate remotely on others.This role requires speed, clarity, accountability, and ownership.You are expected to always know what’s running, what’s stuck, what’s live, what’s next, and why.Key Responsibilities:Brand & Digital Coordination- Act as the central point of contact for everything related to a brand’s digital channels. - Coordinate across performance marketing, organic social media, content, design, tech, sales, and CRM teams. - Manage 10+ brands simultaneously, each with multiple stakeholders. - Ensure all digital efforts are aligned with the brand’s goals and timelines.Client & Stakeholder Communication- Own all client communication (WhatsApp, email, calls, meetings). - Respond very quickly and clearly to client queries and internal requests. - Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for internal teams. - Ensure no confusion, no misalignment, no missed updates.Leads, Sales & CRM Coordination- Track leads across channels (ads, organic, website, WhatsApp, forms). - Coordinate with sales teams to ensure leads are followed up properly. - Monitor call activity, lead quality, conversion status, and bottlenecks. - Ensure CRM data, lead status, and reporting are always up to date.Reporting & Visibility- Maintain weekly and monthly reports covering: - Ads - Organic performance - Leads - Sales activity - Website performance - Always have answers ready—or know where and how to get them fast. - Proactively flag issues, drops, delays, or risks.Execution Oversight- Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and dependencies. - Ensure creatives, copies, pages, posts, and campaigns go live on time. - Maintain trackers, documents, and SOPs for smooth execution. - Ensure nothing falls through the cracks—ownership is non-negotiable.Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency. - Proven experience managing 10+ brands with multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong understanding of: - Paid marketing (Meta, Google) - Organic social media - Content workflows - Websites & landing pages - Lead flow & CRM - Basic sales funnel mechanics - You do not need to be a channel expert, but you must understand how everything connects. - Exceptional project management, coordination, and follow-up skills. - Ability to work fast, respond faster, and stay composed under pressure. - Comfortable working in a hybrid setup from HQ27, Gurgaon. - Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.This Role Is NOT For You If You:- Only understand ads and nothing else. - Get overwhelmed managing multiple moving parts. - Avoid client conversations or tough questions. - Need constant follow-ups to do your job. - Prefer execution roles over ownership roles. - Are slow to respond or disorganized.Perks:- Hybrid work model (HQ27, Gurgaon + remote days). - Competitive salary based on experience. - Exposure to full-funnel digital operations across multiple brands. - Direct collaboration with senior strategists and the founder. - Clear growth path into Account Lead / Client Success / Operations Head roles.If you’re the person who naturally becomes the nerve center of a brand, keeps everyone aligned, and always knows what’s happening across channels—this role is designed for you.All the best :)Nishant AgrawalFounderProfit Pixel
