We serve clients across multiple industries using digital strategy, technology, and growth frameworks to drive measurable business results.Role Overview:As a Sales Trainer, you will be the core driver behind upskilling our sales team in digital marketing services and customer service sales. You will design and deliver training programs, mentor team members, and ensure the sales team is equipped to consistently meet revenue goals while providing exceptional client experience.Key Responsibilities:- Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver training modules on digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) and customer service sales. - Onboarding & Coaching: Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher sessions for existing team members. - Performance Mentorship: Coach the sales team on objection handling, lead conversion, client communication, and upselling strategies. - Monitoring & Feedback: Track sales performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve results. - Resource Development: Create playbooks, guides, and training materials to standardize sales processes. - Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure training aligns with business goals. - Industry Awareness: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, marketplace practices, and customer service innovations to continuously enhance training content.Qualification & Skills:- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or training, preferably in digital marketing services or customer service sales. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.). - Proven experience in training methedologies , quality auditing , mentoring, or upskilling sales and call center experience with measurable impact. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Highly analytical, proactive, and result-oriented with the ability to identify performance gaps and drive improvements. - Experience presenting to stakeholders , B2B sales , demand generation experience .Hours per Week : 40-50 hoursReady to Join us ?Apply on :
