Job Description- Develop and implement the residential construction strategy to align with the company’s vision and growth plans. - Set project priorities and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for success. - Oversee the planning, design, and execution of multiple residential construction projects. - Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing construction management team, including project managers, engineers, and supervisors. - Promote collaboration and accountability across all levels of the construction department. - Establish and enforce quality standards across all projects. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning, building codes, and environmental standards. - Manage and monitor budgets for all residential projects, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability. - Approve contracts, bids, and purchase orders in collaboration with procurement teams. - Act as the primary liaison with clients, investors, architects, contractors, and government officials. - Address escalated concerns and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Identify potential risks in projects and implement proactive mitigation strategies. - Ensure safety protocols and risk assessments are consistently applied across all sites. - Drive the adoption of advanced construction technologies and practices to improve efficiency and sustainability. - Continuously evaluate and refine construction processes to enhance productivity and cost savings. - Provide regular updates to Executive Director on project progress, financial performance, and operational challenges. - Analyze project performance data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
