Roles and Responsibilities:- Onboard and activate real estate agents / channel partners onto the platform/company network. - Build, manage, and grow a strong network of sourcing agents for mandated properties. - Drive seller-side sourcing through agents by acquiring quality mandates. - Generate and close buyer leads through the onboarded agent network. - Coordinate with agents for buyer-seller matching on mandated units. - Plan and conduct site visits with buyers sourced through agents. - Manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, and agents to ensure smooth closures. - Ensure regular engagement, motivation, and performance tracking of onboarded agents.Achieve weekly targets of:- Agent onboarding - Mandates sourced - Buyer site visits - Update and manage all activities, leads, and agent data in CRM.Skills Required:- Strong communication skills (verbal & written). - Proficient in Hindi & English. - Excellent relationship management and networking skills. - Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability. - Ability to influence, onboard, and retain channel partners. - Comfortable with field sales and frequent client/agent meetings. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - High energy, confidence, persistence, and result-oriented mindset.Educational Qualification & Work Experience:- Graduate from any discipline preferred.1–3 years of experience in:- Real estate sales - Channel sales / broker management - B2B sales or partner onboarding - Experience working with brokers/agents will be a strong advantage. - Candidate should be currently employed or serving notice period.Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:- Agent onboarding - Mandates sourced - Deal closuresAverage incentive earnings:- ₹15,000+ per month on minimum targets - ₹25,000+ per month for consistent performers - CTC: ₹3–5 LPA (Fixed) – for experienced candidates - 20% higher incentives on overachievement of base targets. - Eligibility to manage and build teams upon closing 6+ deals. - 6-day work weekDesired Candidate Profile:- Must own a 2-wheeler (role involves extensive field work and agent meetings). - Self-driven, street-smart, and well-networked in local real estate markets preferred.Company Website:
