Job Description

–The Hardware Design Engineer is responsible for end‑to‑end development of embedded hardware for automotive, EV, and IoT products. This role involves requirement analysis, schematic and PCB development, board bring‑up, debugging, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑reliability hardware designs.• Requirement analysis and architecture understanding.• PoC Setup (NPD with Development Boards).• Simulation of analog/power circuits (LTspice/TINA-TI).• Schematic design and PCB design (Altium Designer).• Vendor collaboration: design review, antenna tuning, alternate component evaluation.• Board bring‑up, power‑on validation, interface testing.• L2 RCA & documentation for field and lab issues.• Hardware debugging (analog, digital, power, RF, communication interfaces).• Collaborate with software teams for product functional testing.• Design Revision Change and Documentation.Technical Skills• MCUs: NXP S32K, STM32, ESP32, Geehy.• AFE: TI BQ769xx, NXP MC3377x.• Communication: CAN, UART, SPI, I²C, RS‑485, Ethernet, SDIO.• Hardware design: analog circuits, EMI/EMC, SI/PI, component derating.• Tools: Altium Designer, LTspice, Tina‑TI.?Strong understanding of requirement analysis and ability to translate system requirements into hardware architecture.Experience working on PoC/NPD boards, development boards, and early-stage prototyping.Solid foundation in circuit simulation, analog design, power stages, and stability analysis.Experience in schematic design, PCB layout guidelines, and design review processes.Ability to collaborate with vendors for design review, antenna tuning, and alternate component evaluation.Hands-on exposure to board bring-up, power sequencing, interface testing, and hardware debugging.Ability to work closely with the software/firmware team for product functional testing and joint validation.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborated with EMS partners and created documentation (DFM, DFT, DFA) to streamline manufacturing.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to take ownership of the complete design cycle.Experience with EV/Automotive/IoT hardware will be a strong advantage.
