We work with top organizations in India such as Jio, Nyka, Probo, Zoomcar, Clever Tap, among others.Role Overview:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the frontline of our customer acquisition strategy, working directly with our GTM leadership team. You’ll own the entire outbound cycle—from identifying top leads to converting as a deals—helping businesses adopt Last9's observability solutions. This foundational role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who wants to build a career in technical B2B SaaS sales and you’ll play a key part in shaping our sales motion and fueling our next phase of growth.What You’ll Do- Hunt for new business opportunities: Prospect and generate leads within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), building a scalable outbound sales motion. - Research potential clients to understand their infrastructure setup and potential observability needs - Identify key decision-makers in DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams - Conduct outbound prospecting activities via email, phone, and social media - Manage inbound leads and conduct initial qualification conversations - Create and maintain detailed prospect records in our CRM - Schedule and coordinate product demos between qualified prospects and our sales team - Follow up systematically with potential clients throughout the sales cycle - Help potential customers understand how Last9 can address their telemetry and observability challenges - Track and report on all sales activities and results - Support GTM initiatives and campaigns focused on the observability spaceWhat we’re looking for- Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 2-4 years of SDR experience (fresh graduates with strong internships will be considered) - 1-3 years of SDR experience in SEA & APAC Region - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts related to observability, monitoring, and infrastructure - Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and monitoring solutions - Results-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
