We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant with strong functional knowledge ofInventory Management and hands-on implementation experience in the steel fabricationindustry. The consultant will support the implementation of the ERP Inventory module at ourWardha plant, ensuring accurate process mapping, seamless module rollout, and adherence tooperational requirements.Key Responsibilities-● Lead the implementation of the ERP Inventory module at the Wardha plant.● Conduct detailed as-is and to-be process mapping for all inventory-related operations,including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, scrap, stores management, andwarehouse processes.● Collaborate with plant operations, supply chain, production, procurement, and financeteams to gather requirements and align workflows.● Support ERP configuration, testing, validation, and user acceptance (UAT) for inventoryworkflows.● Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on steel fabrication industrybest practices.● Assist with data mapping, data accuracy checks, and migration activities.● Create SOPs, training documentation, and conduct user training sessions as required.● Provide onsite support during the go-live phase and help resolve issues duringstabilization.Note-Capacity; Full Time/HybridLocation; WardhaDuration; 3 MonthsSkills Required● 5–8 years of experience working with ERP systems, with a strong focus on InventoryManagement.● Prior implementation experience in the steel fabrication industry is mandatory.● Solid understanding of plant-level inventory workflows: inward/outward movement, GRN,heat number tracking, stock reconciliation, MRS, BOM consumption, and warehouseprocesses.● Experience with leading ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Infor orsimilar).● Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.● Effective communication and ability to coordinate with cross-functional and plant teams.● Willingness to work onsite at the Wardha plant
