We’re hiring: Senior Legal Professional | Real Estate / REITWe are looking for a seasoned Legal professional to lead and manage end-to-end legal matters for a large real estate / REIT platform. This role partners closely with leadership to provide strategic legal guidance, manage risk, and support business growth across assets and transactions.Key Responsibilities- Oversee all legal mandates in close coordination with the General Counsel - Draft, negotiate, and finalize lease deeds, leave & license agreements, and commercial contracts - Lead legal due diligence, documentation, and closures for acquisitions and divestments - Support equity fundraising activities, including transaction documentation and negotiations - Manage high-value litigation and coordinate with external counsel - Handle regulatory and legal notices, ensuring timely responses and compliance - Provide strategic legal advisory support to internal stakeholders - Review investor communications, disclosures, and periodic compliance reports - Track legal deliverables and provide regular updates to senior managementCandidate Profile- Law graduate with 15+ years of experience (real estate / REIT exposure preferred) - Strong expertise in corporate, commercial, labour, and contract law - Proven experience in litigation management, negotiations, and regulatory compliance - Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external advisors - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
