The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior layouts, developing construction drawings, collaborating on overall architectural designs, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to align with project requirements. Additional responsibilities include working closely with clients, understanding their vision, and ensuring the execution of innovative and functional interior solutions.Qualifications- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design - Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings - Experience selecting and integrating FF&E to fit project designs - Strong communication and teamwork skills for client collaboration - Familiarity with design software and tools is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred - Responsible for the accurate estimation of project costs, including the drafting of BOQs and the sourcing of vendor quotations to ensure budget compliance.
