About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Executive. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between the executive and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the executive’s time, communication, and workflow are managed efficiently. This role calls for professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.Key Responsibilities- Manage executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings (including last-minute changes). - Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics. - Handle confidential correspondence, calls, and emails. - Must be proficient with handling emails. Preparing, replying and reporting all the emails to executive. - Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive. - Ensure executive’s time is optimized and priorities are managed effectively. - Be available for urgent requests beyond normal working hours. - Be accessible for urgent matters or changes in schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, as per business requirements.Requirements & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. - 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information. - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling platforms (Calendly, Outlook), and travel management tools. - Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. - Positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
