Accounts and Finance ManagerWe’re hiring an Accounts & Finance Manager to own end-to-end finance operations for our India and US entities. The role involves hands-on accounting using QBO, Zoho, and Tally, managing India compliances (GST, TDS, MCA), supporting US accounting, handling US bank accounts, and preparing clear MIS reports. Exposure to SaaS/subscription metrics and comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT will be a plus.Responsibilities-- Manage end-to-end accounting for India & US entities using QBO, Zoho, and Tally, including monthly close and reconciliations. - Handle India compliances (GST, TDS) and support US accounting & filings, including intercompany entries and 1099 documentation. - Operate India & US bank accounts, manage cash flow, payments, reconciliations, forex, and coordinate with banks as required. - Own Accounts Receivable—invoicing, collections, AR aging, customer reconciliations, and DSO improvement. - Prepare and present monthly MIS & dashboards covering P&L, cash flow, variances, and SaaS metrics like MRR, ARR, and churn. - Coordinate audits and MCA compliances with auditors and CS; maintain SOPs and documentation for audit readiness. - Drive process improvements and automation using finance tools, project trackers, and AI tools like ChatGPT; work closely with stakeholders.Candidate Requirements:- Accounting & Compliance: End-to-end accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, GST, TDS, MCA coordination, audit support. - India & US Operations: Multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, US subsidiary/parent accounting, cross-border coordination. - Tools & Systems: QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zoho Books/Finance, Tally, AR/AP, banking, forex, remittances. - Reporting & Analytics: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, MIS, dashboards, financial analysis, stakeholder reporting.Location: Kothrud,PuneEmployment Type: Full-timeShift Timings- 12pm to 9pm
