This role combines teaching, content development, administration, and outreach to ensure excellence in online education.1. Academic Responsibilities- Content Development as per four Quadrant approach - Program delivery during the weekends/week days - Question Paper setting - Exam Proctoring - Paper Evaluation - Moderate online discussion forums - Syllabus framing - Learner mentoring2. Academic Operation- Batch management (Program/Course Coordinator ship) - Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities3. Research and Consulting activities- Two publications in a year - Participating and organizing conference, seminar and FDP - One Consultancy (Optional)4.
