The role involves end-to-end component sourcing, BOM costing, vendor negotiation, and coordination with design & production teams.Key Responsibilities- Prepare & validate BOMs from schematics and Gerbers - Component sourcing (active, passive, ICs, connectors, power devices) - Identify alternate / equivalent parts for shortages or EOL components - Costing support for quotations and projects - Vendor negotiation on price, MOQ, and lead time - Coordinate with PCB design, SMT assembly, and production teamsRequirements- 3–6 years of experience in electronics / PCB industry - Strong knowledge of electronic components & sourcing - Hands-on experience with BOM analysis and procurement - Good communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Excel / ERP tools - Preferred Background - PCB Manufacturing / EMS / SMT Assembly - Electronics Design or Manufacturing CompaniesCTC: ₹5–6 LPA (Best for the right candidate)*Immediate Joiners Only
