Ensure approved designs, materials, and details are delivered on site without compromise, and projects are completed on time with superior finishing.Key Responsibilities- Own GFC & execution drawings; resolve all site design issues - Protect design intent during execution and finishing stages - Approve materials, mock-ups, junction details & elevations - Lead finish quality checks, snag lists & pre-handover walkthroughs - Coordinate with PMs, site engineers, MEP teams & vendors - Prevent finish damage due to MEP or sequencing issues - Act as final authority on execution quality & finish acceptance - Mentor site teams and enforce execution standardsKPIs- First-time finish acceptance - Snag closure timelines - Zero critical post-handover defects - Adherence to approved drawings & specificationsRequirements- B.Arch - 10–15 yrs strong site execution experience - Proven expertise in high-quality finishes & detailing - Strong coordination, decision-making & site leadership skillsIdeal Profile- Execution-driven, detail-obsessed - Firm on quality under timeline pressure - Respected on site; comfortable stopping poor workThis role has final authority on execution quality and finishing.
