This is a full-time, on-site / remote role for a CRM Sales Executive. The CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction with WebMantra's CRM solutions.Daily responsibilities include preparing sales reports, responding to inquiries, negotiating contracts, maintaining customer databases, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.Qualifications- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management, with experience in identifying customer needs and ensuring client satisfaction - Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills - Analytical thinking for sales reporting and understanding market trends - Experience in digital marketing or technical sales is advantageous - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field - Knowledge of the web design and development industry is a plus
