Job OverviewThe Parent Relationship Associate – Collections will be responsible for managing fee collections and maintaining healthy relationships with parents/guardians at Vidyapeeth centers. The role involves regular follow-ups, payment coordination, and resolution of fee-related concerns while ensuring a professional and empathetic approach. This position plays a critical role in revenue realization and parent satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with parents/guardians regarding pending fees, installments, and overdue payments - Conduct telephonic follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and in-person discussions for fee recovery - Maintain accurate records of collections, commitments, and payment statuses - Explain fee structures, payment plans, due dates, and policies clearly to parents - Escalate critical cases to senior management as per defined protocols - Resolve parent queries related to payments in a polite and solution-oriented manner - Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth parent communication - Ensure timely achievement of monthly collection targets - Maintain confidentiality of financial and student-related data - Generate and share regular collection reports and MIS with the concerned teamRequired Skills & Competencies- Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and empathetically - Good follow-up and persuasion skills - Basic knowledge of collections, recovery, or fee management - Comfortable with calling-based roles and payment discussions - Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting - High level of integrity, patience, and accountabilityEligibility Criteria- Graduation in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred) - 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, customer service, or parent-facing roles - Experience in EdTech / Education / Banking / NBFC / Telecom collections is an added advantage - Comfortable working in an onsite, target-driven environment
