Magmax is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can scale brands using Google Ads & Meta Ads.If you have a strong track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and budget management, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities✅Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions.✅Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend, strong ROI, and scalable performance.✅ Handle social media management, including coordinating organic content posting, monitoring engagement, and aligning social media activities with paid ad campaigns for consistent brand messaging and better performance.✅Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis to build high-performing campaigns.✅Create and test ad creatives, copies, headlines, and CTAs in collaboration with the design and content teams.✅Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and event tracking tools.✅Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies, targeting, placements, and funnels.✅Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.✅Analyze performance data and prepare clear, actionable reports and insights for internal teams and clients.✅Coordinate effectively with SEO, web, design, and development teams, demonstrating strong cross-functional communication.✅Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.✅Participate in client discussions, onboarding sessions, and strategy calls, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.✅Stay updated with the latest Google Ads & Meta Ads policy changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.✅Support new client onboarding, campaign audits, and performance improvement strategies.✅Ensure compliance with ad policies while maintaining consistent brand messaging through clear and effective communication across campaigns.
