We are an Amazon Award Winning tool for Tech Innovation 2025 and seasonal sales strategy.The Role- We’re looking for Account Managers / Customer Success Managers who think like consultants, not operators. - You’ll manage multiple Amazon advertiser accounts across industries, act as the strategic brain for clients, and help them unlock the full value of Hector’s automation capabilities. - You will not be executing Sponsored Ads day-to-day. You will be guiding clients on what to do, why to do it, and how Hector makes it easier. - Think: Amazon-style account ownership, minus the bureaucracy.What You’ll Do- Own and manage a portfolio of Amazon advertiser accounts - Act as the primary point of contact for clients (strategy, not babysitting) - Understand client business goals and translate them into automation and optimization strategies using Hector - Guide clients on campaign structures, bidding logic, budgets, and scaling frameworks - Drive adoption of Hector’s features and automation rules - Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic check-ins - Work closely with product, tech, and internal teams to relay client feedback and use cases - Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by actually understanding the account (rare skill, we know)What You Won’t Do- Daily bid changes - Keyword harvesting at 2 AM - Manual execution of Sponsored Ads - Chasing clients for basic reports Hector already givesWhat We’re Looking For- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads accounts - Experience on the agency side preferred (brand side works too) - Strong understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display - Ability to think in frameworks, not just tactics - Comfortable managing multiple accounts and stakeholders - Clear communication, structured thinking, and zero fear of client calls - Curiosity for automation, SaaS tools, and scalable growth systemsBonus Points If You- Have worked with large-scale Amazon accounts - Understand AMC or data-driven remarketing concepts - Have handled clients across multiple industries - Can explain complex strategies in simple language (clients love this)Why Join Hector- Strategy-first role, not execution-heavy - Exposure to diverse industries and account types - Direct impact on client growth and product evolution - Fast-moving team with real ownership and learning - You grow as Amazon Ads strategist, not just an operator
