Job Title

Ensure safe work practice in factory and zero accidents & follow ATFL safety policy. Follow proper work permit system & monitor machine interlock system to avoid accident. Provide training on first aid & Firefighting and buildup internal team in plant. HR to ensure min two trained persons in each shiftResponsibilities- Conduct job safety analysis area wise/ production line wise - Train employees for work with safety - Monthly checking of Fire extinguishers and Fire hydrants - Monthly checking of First aid boxes - Mock drill of Fire extinguishers and Fire hydrants - Daily sharing of EHS report - Safety slogans, posters etc. - Issue work permit - Ensure personnel safety - Eliminate fire risk - Ensure proper use of PPE - Training and development - Provide first aid as and when required - Maintenance of First aid box - First aid training - Mock drillRequirements- Qualification – Diploma in Industrial safety and security management - Experience - 03 years’ minimum, Relevant: 1 -2 years
