Senior Engineering ManagerWork Location - Magarpatta City, PuneRole:As a Senior Platform Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our AI/ML-powered platform built on the Microsoft technology stack. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver a scalable, secure, and extensible platform that powers our SaaS products and enables third-party integrations. Your technical expertise, strategic vision, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders will be critical to driving platform adoption and innovation.Key Responsibilities:- Define and prioritize the platform roadmap, aligning with company goals, customer needs, and AI/ML innovation trends. - Oversee the integration of AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services) into the platform to enable intelligent features and services. - Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable APIs, microservices, and infrastructure components using Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, .NET, Azure AI, Power Platform). - Partner with internal product teams, external developers, and customers to gather requirements, define platform capabilities, and ensure seamless integration. - Ensure the platform is robust, secure, and scalable to support growing usage, leveraging Azure services like Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, and Azure Functions. - Drive the creation of developer-friendly tools, SDKs, and documentation to enhance platform adoption by internal teams and external partners. - Work with data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to align platform capabilities with customer-facing product needs. - Define and track key platform metrics (e.g., API usage, adoption, latency, uptime) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. - Balance short-term feature delivery with long-term platform stability, managing technical debt while exploring new AI/ML capabilities. - Stay informed on industry trends, Microsoft tech advancements, and competitor platforms to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements:- Total 14 + Years and at least 05+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing platform or infrastructure products in a SaaS environment. - Proven experience working with AI/ML technologies (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). - Strong technical background with hands-on experience in the Microsoft tech stack (e.g., Azure, .NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure DevOps). - Deep understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools, particularly Azure AI services (e.g., Cognitive Services, Azure ML). - Experience with Azure services such as Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, or Event Hubs. - Proficiency in defining API specifications (e.g., REST, GraphQL) and working with SDKs. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
