HR Business Partner (HRBP)Location: Temburni, Maharashtra"This role requires candidates to be based out of Tembhurni, Maharashtra"Travel: Frequent travel to remote locations required (Personal vehicle mandatory)Languages: Marathi, English, HindiAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our fast-growing Export operations. The role will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, performance, engagement, and compliance across multiple remote locations.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Workforce Planning & Hiring• Partner with business teams to plan headcount and hiring needs.• Ensure timely hiring of critical roles and build a strong talent pipeline.Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle• Drive smooth onboarding and early productivity ramp-up.• Track early attrition and enhance retention through continuous feedback.Performance & Productivity• Implement OKRs / KPIs and enable performance reviews.• Support managers in coaching, feedback, and performance improvement.Employee Relations & Compliance• Ensure consistent HR policy implementation and legal compliance.• Manage employee relations and resolve grievances promptly.Engagement, Rewards & Recognition• Execute employee engagement and R&R programs.• Support compensation benchmarking, payroll, and benefits accuracy.HR Process Excellence• Drive HR process automation and adoption of HR tech tools.• Monitor HR dashboards and ensure full statutory compliance.________________________________________What We’re Looking For• Minimum Graduate / MBA Preferred• 4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations / business partnering (Exports, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, or Logistics preferred).• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and execution capability.• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.• Excellent communication and MS Office skills.• Sound knowledge of labor and employment laws.
