The ideal candidate must have an excellent command over English, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with global clients.Roles & Responsibilities:* Handle inbound and outbound international calls with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. * Address customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain call logs, update customer records, and follow all process and compliance guidelines. * Meet quality, communication, and performance standards set by the team. * Collaborate with team leaders to enhance service delivery and resolve customer concerns effectively.Kindly note we are looking for an immediate joiner.
