Some of the brands which inspire us include Nude Project, House of Errors, Patta, KidSuper etc.We’re looking for a full-time apparel/ graphic design intern to work out of our office in Koramangala, Bangalore. You will work directly with our lead designer who carries a rich 7+ years of design experience and whose lat stint was with the Puma global design team. You’ll be joining at the stage where every drop, every frame, and every experiment directly defines the visual language of the brand.We have a very high bar on every single hire including interns About the Founder:Punj Rajan, IIT Kharagpur graduate, ex-BCGBacked by leading investors: Kae Capital and marquee angels including Harsha (CEO, Swiggy), Malini (CEO, The Deconstruct), Rinshul (ex-COO, Zomato) etc.Deep understanding of consumer psychology and brand buildingThis is a founding seat at the table, where your work will influence how the world perceives us. If done well, you will turn drops into cultural events and content into movements.As our intern, you will:• Shape the voice and storytelling style of the brand across our design language and SKUs• Build collection stories and identify the right mix of launch across silhouettes, fabric, colours etc.• Create tech packs and work closely with suppliers to ensure high quality outputs• Assist on marketing requirements on an ad hoc basisWho You Are:• You do not want to freelance• You believe that you can change the world• You are ideally in your final year of college• You can work out of our office on a full time basis for the period of this internshipThis will be a 4-5 months internship and has the potential to convert into a full time role. The first couple of weeks will be a probation period, we have often found that it's best to not continue in case it's not working out either for the intern or for us - and discontinuation serves the best interest of both partiesThe stipend will be fixed at Rs. 15k per month
