Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in biotechnology, biochemistry, biomedical science, or related fields to support our customers in using Scanbo’s advanced diagnostic products. You will be the face of customer experience—resolving issues, providing product guidance, and ensuring seamless support.Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits. - Troubleshoot product issues and respond to customer inquiries. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems. - Document queries, resolutions, and customer feedback. - Conduct product demos and training sessions when required. - Assist in preparing/updating user guides, manuals, and FAQs. - Identify recurring issues and recommend product/process improvements. - Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related roles. - Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioinformatics, or B.Sc. IT (preferred). - Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory); Gujarati preferred. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - On-site availability in Surat.Training will be provided for candidates with the right learning mindset.
