We are Hiring!Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant - S/4HANA Blackline IntegrationLocation: Pan India [ Hybrid ]Years of Experience: 5+ Years RelevantNotice Period : IMM to 30 Days MAX ( Serving Notice Period )SAP FICO Consultant - S/4HANA Blackline IntegrationHands-on FI consultant to implement and integrate BlackLine with S/4HANA, strengthen month-end close, and enable compliant, efficient journals and reconciliations.Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead/participate in solution design & workshops; prepare DA content and present for Finance (incl. BlackLine, Tagetik touchpoints). - Collaborate across functional & technical teams and with third parties (e.g., BlackLine) to deliver an end-to-end solution. - Execute FI configuration & build (incl. controls) and manage documentation/approvals (Rev-Trac, FRICEW SRs). - Plan and run testing: unit → formal; manage defects and signoffs. - Support data migration (mapping, trial loads, reconciliations). - Contribute to market/test support and early go-live activities. - Plan and support cutover (technical & business) and stabilization; deliver KT to BAU, business, and other consultants. - Provide BAU support post-go-live and drive process improvements. - Partner with Product/Program stakeholders to define requirements, scope deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. - Mentor peers, share best practices, and help build a high-performing team culture.Must-have skills- SAP FICO (FI-primary) on S/4HANA: GL/AP/AR/AA, period close, recurring/accrual journals, approvals, and Fiori apps (e.g., My Inbox). - Month-end close expertise and journal posting/controls (policy compliance & audit trail). - Master data: CoA/GL, vendors/customers, assets, cost objects. - Tables & reports: ACDOCA, BKPF/BSEG, BSID/BSAD, BSIK/BSAK, SKA1/SKB1, LFA1/LFB1, KNA1/KNB1, ANLA/ANLC; staples like FAGLL03, FS10N, FBL1N/FBL3N/FBL5N. - Workflow basics and integration awareness. - Basic Enterprise Architecture understanding (how FI interacts with different systems and modules). - Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and change control discipline.Nice to have- Blackline hands-on (Tasks, Recs, Journals) and/or Tagetik exposure. - Tooling: SAP ALM/SolMan, Jira/Confluence, Rev-Trac, SAP CPI/PO. - Data migration tooling exposure (Migration Cockpit LTMC/LTMOM; ETL/BODS ).Qualifications & profile- Min 5+ years SAP FICO (S/4 preferred); consulting experience ideal (total 8+ years professional). - Degree required; Master’s a plus (business/econ/data analytics, etc.). - Curious, quality-driven, structured/critical thinker; comfortable with ambiguity; excellent Excel/PowerPoint for analysis & storytelling. - Entrepreneurial - mindset with a strong work ethic; enthusiastic about learning new tech aligned to strategy.Interested candidates can share resumes here : vikas.m@
