Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Executive to manage Made-to-Order (MTO) and vendor-fulfilled orders for our e-commerce platform. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, third-party vendors, and logistics partners to deliver orders accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Vendor Coordination- Receive and process Made-to-Order and special orders from the e-commerce system - Allocate orders to the correct vendors / manufacturers with clear specifications - Share order details, timelines, and quality expectations with vendorsTimeline & Follow-ups- Track each order from order confirmation to dispatch - Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure production timelines are met - Escalate delays proactively and work on quick resolutionsProcess & Tracking- Maintain a clean, trackable order workflow (order status, vendor updates, expected dispatch dates) - Update order status in the system accurately and on time - Ensure all handovers between vendor → warehouse → logistics are properly recordedQuality & Dispatch Readiness- Coordinate with QC and warehouse teams to ensure correct pieces are received - Flag mismatches, defects, or missing components immediately - Ensure orders are dispatch-ready as per promised timelinesCustomer & Internal Coordination- Coordinate with customer support for delivery commitments and updates - Support resolution of order-related queries, delays, or exceptions - Work closely with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teamsRequired Skills & Experience- 1–3 years experience in: - E-commerce operations, order management, or supply chain coordination - OR vendor follow-up / production coordination roles - Strong follow-up and communication skills - Comfortable working with multiple vendors simultaneously - Good understanding of e-commerce order flows - Ability to maintain structured data, trackers, and checklists - Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindsetPreferred Qualifications- Experience in fashion / apparel / ethnic wear industry - Familiarity with Shopify, OMS, or ERP systems - Experience handling Made-to-Order or custom productsWhat We Offer- Work with a heritage brand scaling globally - Exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations - Fast-paced learning environment - Opportunity to grow into operations or supply chain leadership roles
