Hiring: Android (Kotlin) + Flutter Developer — Immediate JoinWe are hiring a hands-on Android & Flutter Developer to work on live production apps and upcoming Flutter-based projects.This is a practical execution role, not a Team Lead or Architect position.Role: Android (Kotlin) + Flutter DeveloperKotlin – existing app maintenance & features)(Flutter – new development)Location: Manicasadona Tower, Kolkata, New TownJoining: Immediate or within 15 daysSalary:₹30,000 – ₹45,000 INR (in-hand)Hiring Process:• Short practical technical discussion• 30-day probation (stability & execution focused)• Full-time continuation based on performanceResponsibilities:• Maintain and stabilize existing Kotlin-based Android app• Fix bugs, crashes, ANRs, and performance issues• Add new features in existing Kotlin app when required• Build new apps and features using Flutter• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI• Implement smooth UI animations (Flutter / Lottie / Android)• Integrate REST APIs and coordinate with backend developers• Implement offline caching using Room DB / WorkManager• Optimize app performance for high daily active users• Integrate and optimize Ad SDKs (AdMob, AdX, Meta, AppLovin)Required Skills:• 2.5 – 4 years experience in Android (Kotlin)• Working experience with Flutter• Strong understanding of MVVM architecture• Experience with Coroutines / Flow in production apps• REST API integration (JSON, pagination, error handling)• At least 1 live app on Google Play StoreGood to Have:• Pixel-to-pixel UI implementation from Figma• Smooth UI animations (Flutter animations / Lottie)• Basic backend knowledge (Laravel / PHP REST APIs)• Experience with offline-first apps• Experience with Ad mediation and optimizationHow to Apply:DM or comment “Interested” with:• Resume• Play Store app link (mandatory)• GitHub profile (if available)
