You will play a key role in elevating the quality of real estate visuals, working closely with photographers to ensure every image aligns with Fotello's high standards for clarity, accuracy, and aesthetic appeal.Responsibilities:- Doing Revisions on edited photos - Edit and enhance real estate and architectural images, including HDR and flambient photo editing. - Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output, ensuring consistency across all edits.Soft Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. - Integrity in delivering quality work with minimal supervision. - Self-driven with a strong sense of hustle and ambition.Hard Skills:- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. - Proficient in HDR and flambient photo editing techniques. - Ability to do great white balance corrections. - Skilled in color correction, removing color casts, and ensuring image accuracy. - Ability to enhance images with proper exposure adjustments - Ability to do precise window masking. - Bright well lit edits - Proficiency in sky replacement techniques - Ability to sharpen, boost contrast and brightness for high-quality results. - Realistic exteriors - Image sharpening with bright, well-lit edits - Sky replacements to enhance visual appeal. - Experience with removing distractions (cords, TV screens etc.) - Ability to create realistic day-to-dusk edits (a plus, but not required). - Experience with virtual staging (a plus, but not required). - EXAMPLES (Please review these for quality that we are looking for ): Environment & Schedule:- Initially remote, transitioning to in-person later in the year.Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary, commensurate with market standards for top talent. - Flexible vacation policy. - Additional perks and benefits, such as professional development opportunities.Application Instructions:Please send a portfolio showcasing your work, specifically real estate and architectural photo edits to :- We are not seeking agencies, only experienced editors. - Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis so apply as quickly as possible
