The architect will lead the global rollout of enterprise-scale data engineering solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with security and platform architects.This role requires strong customer-facing capabilities, hands-on architectural leadership, and experience delivering data platforms in regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and global rollout of Microsoft Fabric–based Data Engineering solutionsCollaborate with Fabric Architects and Security Architects to design secure, scalable, and compliant data platformsEnsure adherence to GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance standards, including:GDPRCCPADefine and govern data ingestion strategies, including:Initial full loads and incremental/delta loadsCDC / watermark-based ingestion patternsArchitect and implement data integrations with:Salesforce (initial and delta loads with optimized pipeline strategies)MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and other RDBMS sourcesDrive customer-facing discussions on solution design, delivery planning, and executionWork in sync with global architect teams to support multi-region deploymentsDefine best practices for data security, governance, scalability, and performanceRequired Skills & Experience15–20 years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Architecture, and Enterprise Data PlatformsProven experience as a Solution Architect delivering large-scale data solutionsStrong hands-on and architectural experience with Microsoft FabricMicrosoft Fabric Certification preferredDeep understanding of global data governance and compliance requirementsSolid experience in designing secure, compliant data pipelines in regulated environmentsStrong knowledge of enterprise data integration patterns and cloud-native architecturesExcellent communication skills with proven experience in customer-facing roles⭐ Good to HavePrior experience in GRC-focused implementationsExposure to multi-cloud or hybrid data architecturesExperience working with globally distributed delivery teamsStrong documentation and architecture governance experienceHow to Apply- Interested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or share their updated resume highlighting experience in Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering Architecture, and GRC compliance.
