The ideal candidate The Assistant Manager – Project Execution is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring execution activities across multiple construction sites to ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project schedules. The role focuses on site supervision, coordination with teams, and ensuring uninterrupted progress of work.Location - MumbaiKey Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision- Oversee day-to-day execution activities at multiple construction sites. - Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements. - Monitor productivity of site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor teams. - Resolve site-level execution issues to avoid delays.2. Planning & Scheduling- Assist in preparing site execution plans and daily/weekly work schedules. - Track progress against planned milestones and report deviations. - Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and tools as per work plan.3. Coordination & Communication- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, procurement, stores, QA/QC, and safety teams. - Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives at site. - Conduct regular site meetings and follow up on action points.4. Quality Control- Ensure work quality meets company standards, client requirements, and statutory codes. - Conduct routine inspections and ensure rectification of defects. - Maintain proper site documentation, checklists, and inspection records.5. Safety & Compliance- Ensure compliance with safety rules and statutory regulations at all sites. - Promote safe work practices and ensure PPE usage. - Coordinate with safety officers to implement safety plans.6. Material & Resource Management- Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material delivery. - Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage. - Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at site.7. Reporting & Documentation- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports. - Maintain site records such as DPRs, work completion certificates, and measurement books. - Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager promptly.-Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 8 to 10 years' of relevant experience - Strong communication ( written and Oral ) and organizational skills
