Operating from our Experience Center in Miyapur, we deliver end-to-end interior solutions with strong emphasis on design quality, execution precision, and client satisfaction.ROLE OVERVIEW:We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage residential interior projects and actively support design-led sales. This role involves hands-on design development, client interaction, and close coordination with execution teams in a fast-paced startup environment.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support design-led sales discussions by preparing design concepts, mood boards, and client-facing design presentations - Create design PPTs, layouts, and walkthroughs to assist in project conversions - Develop detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD - Create 3D models, renders, and visualizations using SketchUp and Coohom - Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically strong, and execution-ready designs - Finalize materials, finishes, and specifications aligned with design intent and budgets - Participate in client meetings for design presentations, revisions, and approvals - Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure design accuracy during execution - Ensure adherence to design standards, timelines, and approved scope of workREQUIREMENTS:- 3+ years of experience in residential interior design - Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture (mandatory) - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Coohom - Strong understanding of residential layouts, materials, and detailing - Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills - Ability to work in a startup, execution-driven environmentWHY JOIN TRECASA:- Exposure to end-to-end residential interior projects - Hands-on startup experience with steep learning curve - Opportunity for rapid professional growth and increased responsibility - High level of ownership, visibility, and creative contribution - Close collaboration with the core leadership teamOTHER DETAILS:- Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad - Work Mode: In-office - Employment Type: Full-timeNOTE: We are looking for immediate hiring, if you've got some big-firm experience and believe you've got a great design portfolio in hand - pass on the portfolio & resume to this mail - trecasainfra@
