As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR processes, employee relations, talent acquisition, and fostering a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring. Collaborate with leadership to understand talent needs and build effective hiring strategies.Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, ensuring a healthy work environment. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career development.Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews, and implementing feedback loops. Work closely with managers to ensure alignment of individual and organizational goals.HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices. Stay updated on labor laws and ensure company policies reflect these changes.Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring fairness and competitiveness in employee packages. Work with senior leadership to develop incentive structures, bonuses, and rewards programs.Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster employee engagement through initiatives like surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities. Develop retention strategies that reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction.HR Systems & Reporting: Manage HR systems (HRMS) and ensure accurate employee records. Produce regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, satisfaction, and performance.Leadership & Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to develop HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Experience in tech or startup environments is a plus.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams, influence organizational culture, and work closely with senior leadership.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.HR Software: Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Technology or Startups: Experience working with fast-paced, high-growth companies is a plus.Employee Engagement & Retention Expertise: Experience designing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: A passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
