Company: LENSCORP AI PRIVATE LIMITED (LENS Corporation)Location: Gurugram / HybridExperience: 2–5 years (flexible for strong candidates)About LENSLENS Corporation is an AI, Computer Vision, and Biometrics company building enterprise-grade platforms deployed across government, defence, infrastructure, smart cities, and large enterprises.Our platforms include:- LENS View – Enterprise Video Management System (VMS) - LENS View AI Video Analytics (FRS, ANPR, Crowd Analytics, Fire & Smoke, ITMS, Defence, School Safety) - LENS ICCC & SCADA – Integrated Command & Control & Supervisory Control platforms - LENS UNMS – Unified Network Management System - LENS SAFER (सफर) – Fleet Tracking, Visitor & Gatepass ManagementRole OverviewWe are looking for a QA Engineer who can take ownership of product quality, stability, and release confidence across complex, multi-module platforms.This role goes beyond basic test execution.You will work closely with product, engineering, business analysts, and support teams to ensure features behave correctly in real-world, large-scale deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional & Regression TestingPerform functional testing across:- Web platforms (VMS, ICCC, UNMS, SAFER) - Mobile applications (Android & iOS) - Execute regression testing before every release. - Validate fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes.Release & Stability Ownership- Participate in release planning and pre-release sanity testing. - Ensure critical workflows remain stable across updates. - Identify edge cases related to scale, permissions, roles, and configurations.Test Design & DocumentationCreate and maintain:- Test cases - Test scenarios - Bug reports with clear reproduction steps - Work closely with Business Analysts to align test coverage with functional requirements.Cross-Team Collaboration- Coordinate with developers to explain issues clearly and verify fixes. - Support internal teams during deployments and demos when required. - Help ensure production issues are minimized through strong pre-release validation.Required Skills & Experience- 2–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer in a product or enterprise tech environment.Strong understanding of:- Functional testing - Regression testing - Release validation - Experience testing web-based platforms and mobile applications. - Ability to think in terms of real-world usage, workflows, and failure scenarios. - Clear communication and structured bug reporting.Preferred (Good to Have)- Exposure to VMS, AI/ML systems, Surveillance, IoT, GovTech, or Smart City platforms. - Experience testing role-based access systems, dashboards, and large configuration-driven platforms. - Basic understanding of APIs, logs, and system behavior (not mandatory).What This Role Is NOT- Not a manual testing-only checkbox role. - Not suitable for candidates who avoid responsibility for release quality. - Not a support or operations role.This role requires attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.What We Offer- Work on real AI and national-scale platforms. - Direct involvement in product releases and stability decisions. - Lean teams with high ownership and impact. - Competitive compensation aligned with skill and responsibility.
