Purpose of the Position: To lead and manage accounting, taxation, treasury, and regulatory compliance functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax optimization, liquidity management, and adherence to FEMA, RBI, and ODI guidelines.Location: Nagpur Type of Employment: Full time Employment Key Result Areas and Activities: Accounting & Financial ReportingOversee complete accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and reconciliations.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS/IFRS.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.Taxation & ComplianceHandle direct and indirect tax matters (GST, Income Tax, TDS).Prepare and review tax returns, assessments, and represent the company before tax authorities.Implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.Treasury ManagementManage cash flow planning, fund allocation, and liquidity management.Negotiate banking facilities, loans, and working capital arrangements.Optimize surplus fund investments and monitor ROI.Manage forex transactions and hedging strategies.Regulatory Compliance (FEMA, RBI, ODI)Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations for foreign exchange transactions.Handle RBI reporting, foreign investments, and remittances and settlements.Manage Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) compliance, documentation, and reporting.Liaise with banks and regulatory authorities for approvals and filings.Audit & Internal ControlsCoordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.  Work and Technical Experience  Essentials Skill:•             Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, FEMA, RBI guidelines, ODI regulations.•             Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) •             Excellence in using MS Office products like Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint•             Excellent Oral & Written Communication•             Outstanding analytical skills Desirable Skills:Lead and mentor the finance team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and forecasting.  Qualification:•             CA (Final)/ ICWA(Final)/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent.•             10–12 years of experience in accounting, taxation, treasury, and regulatory compliance. Qualities:·        Proven problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with a high degree of adaptability; well-versed in the latest trends in the data engineering field·        Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, maintain a professional attitude, and work well in a team·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and keen attention to detail  Please ensure that while screening candidates, the following skills and experience are verified as mandatory requirements:Experience in finalization of books of accountsAbility to prepare financial statements as per Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards)Hands-on experience in handling Income Tax and GST assessmentsWorking knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or any other ERP system
