Job title: Product Head – Life Insurance Location: GurgaonBU/Function: BancassuranceReports to: Head – Bancassurance Overall, Job Description: This position serves as a Product & Program driver to achieve overall Life Insurance (LI) business targets for IBL in an open architecture platform.Creating and executing product propositions for various deepening insurance penetration in various customers segments /personas of the bank spanning from Mass, Affluent and Alternate channels, NR, Business banking.Partner management, product price negotiation basis competitive bench marking. Creating Product Programs, Reward & Recognition, and Analytic based campaigns to ensure higher customer and sales team engagement leading to an increase in life insurance penetration in the base.Create & execute processes for sales, business quality, and post sales services. Front end internal and external audits for insurance business of the bank Create new business opportunity propositions, competition benchmarking & regulatory frameworks for the senior management of the bank including market intelligence to track key trends in the Life Insurance industry. Building tech solutions for ease of processes and customer experiences. Managing healthy product and revenue mix for the bank Work Experience RequirementsThe incumbent should at least have not less than 15 years of work experience out of which min 10 years in bancassurance. Incumbents having worked in both Insurance Company and Bank will be preferred.Essential requirement: MBA/CAPreferred: MBA from Tier1 institute will be preferred.Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits Strong Communication skills Sharp analytical orientationHaving ability to create and deliver business presentations.Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.Understanding of Project management
