Job Title: Textile Export ManagerIndustry: TextileLocation: Mumbai – Lower ParelExperience Required: Minimum 5+ YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Textile Export Manager to manage and grow international business for finished textile products and raw materials, including strong control over export operations and receivables.Key Responsibilities- Manage export sales and operations for finished goods and raw materials - Develop and maintain international buyer relationships - Handle export inquiries, costing, and price negotiations - Manage order processing from confirmation to shipment - Coordinate with production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams - Prepare, review, and manage export documentation - (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, etc.) - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms - Prepare, analyze, and regularly monitor receivables ageing analysis; follow up with buyers and coordinate with accounts/banks for timely payment realization - Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and banks - Identify and develop new export markets - Prepare sales, shipment, and ageing MIS reports for managementKey Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of textile products, raw materials & finishing - In-depth understanding of export procedures & documentation - Proven experience in handling LC, DP, DA, and open account - Hands-on experience in ageing analysis and payment follow-ups - Excellent English communication & negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and reporting toolsQualification- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles / International Business / Commerce - EXIM certification preferred
